Auction Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern participation in online auctions operated by Nellis Liquidation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Registering, bidding, or completing a transaction in any auction constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in an individual auction listing. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time; the effective date above reflects the latest version, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.

• Auction winnings are finalized when the auction cycle closes, defined as the final item "hammer" of that cycle.
• All items you win within a single auction cycle are combined into one consolidated invoice.
• Your invoice equals the sum of your winning bids plus a 15% buyer's premium, applicable sales tax, and, for shipped orders, live shipping plus a handling fee (see "Buyer's Premium, Taxes & Fees").
• Payment is due at the close of the auction. Depending on your account setup, your consolidated invoice is either charged automatically to the card on file or payable through the secure payment link we email you.
• You are responsible for keeping a valid, funded payment method available at the time of processing.

If payment cannot be completed or is declined, you may:

• Forfeit all winning items associated with that auction;
• Be assessed a non-refundable $49.99 administrative fee; and
• Have your account restricted in the event of payment disputes or chargeback challenges.

• A 15% buyer's premium is added to the total of your winning bids on every invoice.
• Sales tax is calculated on the items plus the buyer's premium, as required by Nevada law.
• Shipped orders include live carrier shipping (no markup) plus a flat $7.99 handling fee per shipment. Local pickup orders carry no shipping or handling fee.

Every charge above is itemized on your invoice and on the secure payment page before you pay.

We accept major forms of payment through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Full card numbers and billing details are handled and stored solely by Stripe under its PCI-compliant security standards. Nellis Liquidation never sees or stores your full card number.

The information we retain in-house is limited to what we need to operate your account and fulfill your orders: your name, email, contact and shipping details, and your bid, order, and invoice history. If you save a card for faster checkout, we keep only a non-sensitive reference returned by Stripe (the card brand and last four digits) — never the full number.

• Shipping charges are based on live carrier rates (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS).
• Nellis Liquidation applies no markup or profit on shipping fees.
• Shipped orders are subject to a flat $7.99 handling fee per shipment per auction, which covers packaging materials and processing costs only.

• Eligible shipments are processed and dispatched on the next business day following payment confirmation.
• Tracking information is provided through your online account and shipment records.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

• Local pickup is available at our Henderson, Nevada facility during normal business hours.
• Pickups must be scheduled in advance — at least 30 minutes prior to arrival — through your account or by contacting us.
• Winning bidders must pick up items within 7 calendar days of auction completion.

Failure to pick up within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of items, relisting of goods at the buyer's expense, and possible account penalties for repeated non-compliance.

Items that are paid for but not picked up, or not claimed due to buyer neglect, may be subject to a 15% restocking and relisting fee to cover operational handling, storage, and resale processing costs.

Buyers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and ensuring transaction readiness at auction close. Abuse of chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals may result in account suspension or termination and restriction from future bidding. We reserve the right to enforce compliance measures to protect marketplace integrity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts of Clark County, Nevada. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in an individual listing. Participation in any auction constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
